This art piece is made in the manner of the work by the famous Art Deco sculptor Johan Coenraad Altorf (1876-1955). Altorf, a Dutch artist, was known for his striking animal sculptures.
It is made of a great quality bronze that wears a warm brown patina, and it is mounted on a marble base.
