- USA & Canada: 5–8 business days
- Rest of the World: 8–15 business days

Parcel shipments are primarily handled via DPD, UPS, or FedEx, depending on destination and service availability.
Large or Fragile Shipments
We take special care in preparing large or delicate pieces for transport.
When necessary, a custom-built crate or pallet is created to ensure maximum protection during transit.
For larger artworks or heavy items, shipping costs vary depending on destination, dimensions, and transport method.

Worldwide Shipping
We ship globally via road, air, or sea freight, depending on the item’s size and destination.
Shipping rates are automatically calculated for standard parcels, while larger or custom shipments are quoted individually.
Every artwork is handled with the utmost care and delivered securely to your door.
Customs & Import Duties
For orders shipped outside Europe, customs duties or import taxes may apply according to your local regulations.
These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices or shipping rates.
Return & Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible, your item must be:
- In the same condition as you received it.
- Unused.
- In its original packaging.
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us. We will provide the return address and instructions via email.
Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

- Gift cards.

Exchanges
For exchanges, the fastest process is to return the original item and place a new order for the replacement.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.
Items must be in the same condition as received: unused and in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
