This highly detailed piece of art is made after the great work by the famous French sculptor Jean Antoine Houdon (1741-1828).
The original named 'l'Écorché' (translated: The Flayed) was cast in 1767 and is seen as one of his best works. It is inspiring artists around the world till this day.
This later cast is made of a great quality bronze that wears a multi coloured patina. And it is mounted on a marble base.

It is signed and bears a foundry stamp.
